Light Therapy

Light therapy: going back to ancient times, Chinese, Indian, and Tibetan Ayurvedic practitioners have known about the benefits of color and light therapy. This natural, holistic approach to well-being has been used in healing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body for thousands of years. In simple terms, color, being a property of light, is a living energy, and an essential part of all life (without light, all life on earth would die.)
